Philip Florenzo has been the managing principal of Florenzo Law since its establishment in 2005. Prior to Florenzo Law, Mr. Florenzo held several executive level positions with multi-national technology companies, including Vice President of Intellectual Property for IDT Capital, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CedarCrestone, Inc., and Corporate Counsel with Acterna Corporation (now JDSU).
Mr. Florenzo has extensive experience negotiating commercial transactions and managing operational legal matters for global technology and software companies. On behalf of his clients, he has negotiated commercial transactions opposite numerous Fortune 50 companies including Citibank, SAP, Verizon, AT&T, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard and many others.
